PIERRE, S.D. – A law passed by the 2010 Legislature allows many South Dakota landowners to apply for and receive free antlerless deer licenses.
The Game, Fish and Parks Department is offering up to two antlerless deer licenses per qualifying household in West River Deer and East River Deer units that have unsold licenses after the second drawing for each season is completed.
