Buckeye Pulse Jig Review

Comments Off on Buckeye Pulse Jig Review

The Buckeye Lures Pulse Jig is a collard lead head jig used with a Zoom Fluke to make a finesse bait that is very subtle in its action. It is excellent under tough coditions, especially in clear water. I used one to help me place eighth in the Georgia Bass Chapter Federation Nation Top Six tournament and made the State Team.

Fishing reports slow due to poor weather

Comments Off on Fishing reports slow due to poor weather

I will try to do everything I can to avoid any talk about our recent snowfall. At this time of the year, fishing reports are scarce but I did receive one last week from Sal Rosa, mate on the head boat, ‘Miss Beach Haven.’ Sal said they have been sailing on weekends with some nice success on blackfish.

Have You Ever Caught Trout Or Salmon?

Comments Off on Have You Ever Caught Trout Or Salmon?

Trout and salmon don’t live everywhere but they are fun to catch. I have been lucky enough to go to Alaska twice and caught a variety of salmon on each trip. I also fished in Yellowstone park and caught some cutthroat trout. In Georgia I have caught rainbow trout in a couple of streams and in a couple of our lakes, too. \

Tell us your trout and fishing stories in the comments section below.
