Even as several out-of-town fishermen backed their bass boats into the Tensaw River to practice for Saturday’s Alabama Bass Trail tournament, local, county, state and federal officials joined with several dozen citizens for the official dedication of the reopening and redesign of Baldwin County’s Live Oak Landing.
