DOVER – The Rosedale Beach Boat Ramp near Millsboro will be temporarily closed Friday, July 19 during planned completion of parking lot upgrades, DNREC’s Division of Fish and Wildlife announced today. The ramp is scheduled to reopen with full public access restored on Saturday, July 20.
