This spring, State Sen. Troy Jackson, D-Allagash, sponsored a bill that, in effect, overturned a fishing regulation promulgated by the commissioner of the Maine Department of Inland Fish and Wildlife and endorsed by the Fish and Wildlife Advisory Council.
