Miami- Coast Guard personnel rescued a man from the water north east of Cape Florida, Fla., Monday morning.
Coast Guard watchstanders at Sector Miami received a report from the City of Miami Fire Rescue this morning of a man in the water holding on to a cooler screaming for help.
