NEW MANCHESTER, W.Va. – The Tomlinson Run State Park Foundation is sponsoring a fishing tournament on Saturday, September 8. “Tournament registration will begins at noon at the Tomlinson Run boat docks for individual and paired anglers,” according to Jesse Mestrovic, assistant superintendent at this northern panhandle recreation area.
