Six year-old Diana Cardiff of McKinleyville won the Junior Category in Saturday’s 3rd annual Perch’n on the Peninsula Surfperch Fishing Tournament with an 13.1 inch Striped perch that she caught with a little help from dad, Darrell Cardiff.
