COLUMBIA, S.C. (April 8, 2011) – The Shakespeare drawing contest registered more than 6000 students in 124 schools in 18 states to compete in the inaugural “Take Your Parent Fishing” drawing contest for middle school students. Spearfish S.D., seventh grader, Kady Defloth won the grand prize, which includes a Shakespeare kayak, life vests, fishing rods, reels, line, bait and fishing tools, totaling $3,000.
