Who says Sooke doesn’t have big halibut? It’s been almost 12 years since fishing buddies Jay Arsenault and Earl Harrison went out fishing in his 15-foot boat the Das Puddle Jumper and with the help of Ron Neitsch landed, at the time, the biggest sports- caught halibut off Sooke.
