The city stocked the lake last week with rainbow trout from Nebraska. POWAY – Rainbow trout swam clumsily near the banks of Lake Poway Wednesday morning, not yet acclimated to the open water and disoriented after days aboard a truck that carried them from Nebraska to the North County reservoir.
