Youth pastor launched program to take kids fishing while parents are deployed. Bob Maindelle Kayleigh Smith took a trip to Stillhouse Hollow Reservoir, near Fort Hood, as part of the SKIFF program, which was started with the help of the Austin Fly Fishers.
