KODAK, Tennessee – Boater Bobby Ferguson of Chuckey, Tenn., won the Wal-Mart Bass Fishing League Volunteer Division tournament on Douglas Lake Saturday with a five-bass catch weighing 19 pounds, 8 ounces. The victory earned Prater $4,197 plus a $740 Ranger bonus and placed him one step closer to qualifying for the Clarks Hill Lake Regional Championship in Appling, Ga., Oct. 11-13, where he could ultimately win a new 519VX Ranger boat and a Chevy truck.
