PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Parks and Wildlife Foundation elected officers for 2009 at its annual board meeting in Custer State Park. Officers elected are: Ev Hoyt, Rapid City, President; Ken Barker, Belle Fourche, Vice President; and Jay Frink, Beresford, Secretary/Treasurer.
