The Colorado Division of Wildlife has scheduled a big game management planning meeting for the San Luis Valley, 6-9:30 p.m., Nov. 19 at the Center Middle School cafeteria.
Big game managers will discuss plans for elk in game management units 68 and 681; plans for deer in game management units 68, 681 and 682; and plans for antelope throughout the San Luis Valley area. DOW staff will discuss total population objectives, sex-ratio objectives and management tools for meeting the objectives.
