CONCORD, N.H. — To provide boaters and anglers with free parking for boat trailers during the 2007 season at Lake Winnisquam, the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department has leased a parking lot located at All-In-One Storage at 48 Winnisquam Avenue in Laconia as of April 1, 2007. Fish and Game is in the process of developing final plans to construct a public boat access facility at Water Street in Laconia. Until the project is completed, anglers and boaters who need public parking in order to fish Lake Winnisquam are encouraged to use the lot at All-In-One Storage to park their trailers. Boat launching will continue to be available for a fee at nearby Martel’s Bait Shop. The parking lot will be open until October 1, 2007.
