The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission, working with the Fayetteville chapter of Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing, is offering a new monthly program to wounded, active-duty military personnel and disabled veterans at the John E. Pechmann Fishing Education Center in Cumberland County.
