SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Division of Natural Resources will be conducting an angler survey at Stonewall Jackson Lake, according to Bret Preston, assistant chief of the Wildlife Resources Section. The survey is part of the agency’s effort to evaluate two proposed fishing regulations.
