HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. – The Army Corps of Engineers, Greers Ferry Project Office in coordination with several North Little Rock businesses are kicking off National Safe Boating Week by adding donated water safety signs at 12 courtesy docks around Greers Ferry Lake.
