The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is hosting a free public fishing event Saturday, April 27, at Trojan Pond near Rainier, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Staff and volunteer fishing instructors will be present with helpful tips to families who want to learn how to fish.
