Kelsey Keith, 10, of Manssas, Va., threw a hatchet under the watchful eye of Bob McDowell at the NJDEP’s Division of Fish and Wildlife annual Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center open house on Saturday at the center in Mansfield Township.
