PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Charlotte County Sheriff’s detectives Thursday arrested the third man involved in a May 10 burglary and theft of $2,300 in fishing rods and reels from a home in the 23000 block of Shelby Avenue, Port Charlotte.
