Action: Closes Sarge Hubbard Park Pond (Reflection Pond) to all fishing except those youths registered for the “Kids’ Fish-In” event on Saturday, April 28, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, the daily limit is reduced to two trout during the event.
