Annapolis’ Randy Morse captained the winning boat in the Coastal Conservation Association Maryland (CCA MD) division of the Boatyard Bar & Grill’s Opening Day Rockfish Tournament. His 45-inch fish won the $1,000 CCA MD prize, and was third overall in yesterday’s tourney.
