Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) is granting fundraising fishing tournaments which meet certain requirements a one-time exception from regulations on the Susquehanna and Juniata rivers which require the contests to follow catch-and-immediate-release formats.
