WHAT: Boater Mark Allen of Mabank, Texas, caught a five-bass limit weighing 16 pounds, 11 ounces April 2 to win $5,296 in the BFL Cowboy Division tournament on Lake Livingston. Allen was pitching soft plastics in Kickapoo Creek to sack his limit.
