LIZELLA, Ga. (March 8, 2011) – Roger Bump, of Jacksonville, Florida, caught a redfish and a speckled sea trout totaling 52.5 inches in combined length to win the IFA Kayak Fishing Tour Presented by Hobie Fishing event, contested February 27 in Jacksonville. The event, which operated out of Sister’s Creek Marina, was the regular-season opener for the IFA Kayak Tour’s Florida East Coast Division.
