MAZATLAN, Mexico – Waxhaw, NC., resident Roy Lowe recently visited Anglers Inn of Mazatlan, Mexico and claimed the “Big Bass” award at Lake El Salto. The group’s largest bass tipped the scales at 13-pounds, 08-ounces. Lowe not only bagged the big bass, but he also caught 127 fish during his 3-day fishing trip. This marks the first time that Lowe has visited the lake.
