Somerset, PA – Anglers visiting Upper and Lower Hereford Manor Lakes in Beaver County can harvest an unlimited number of fish beginning November 1, the date the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) will lift all seasons, sizes and creel limits in preparation of the complete drawdown of the lakes and demolition of the dams.
