North Hero, VT – The Northern Lake Champlain Advisory Committee (NLCAC) couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day on which to host the 9th International Northern Lake Coalition “Future of the Lake” event Saturday, August 14th, 2010. This year, Governor Jim Douglas was on hand as the NLCAC awarded Lake Champlain International’s Executive Director, James Ehlers, the prestigious Northern Lake Champlain Clean and Clear Award.
