FRANKFORT, Ky. – We welcome the American Casting Championships to Kentucky and we welcome back host Tim Farmer’s daughters to “Kentucky Afield” television this weekend, Aug. 21 and 22.
As kids, part of the fun of fishing was trying to out-cast your buddy. Today, that competitive spirit is still alive with the American Casting Association. This summer, the national championships for distance and accuracy are held in Lexington at Masterson Station Park and on dry land. Join Farmer as he follows the action in the distance event.
