In the news this morning scientists are saying that worldwide, based on satellite data since 1979, this past January was the warmest on record; this past November through January was the warmest November through January on record; and 2000 – 2009 was the warmest decade on record.
I’m looking at two sides of the whole warming issue as I write this. One side – called by many the tree hugging environmentalists – almost says the world is coming to an end if we don’t stop doing a lot of what we are doing.
