DURHAM, N.H. — A public meeting to discuss whether adjustments are needed to the allowable “days out” measures for commercial herring harvesters during the 2009 fishing season will be held on Monday, August 3, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. at the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department’s Marine Fisheries Division, 225 Main Street, Durham, N.H. Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) Atlantic Herring Section Members from the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts will participate. The meeting is open to the public.
