On 2/26/08 in advance of a cold front I guided George Vogel of Woburn Mass to a day of 12 different species of fish. We began at 07:30 in Sebastian casting DOA shrimp and Plugs with some success with trout and Reds.We then went out into the Ocean and caught Bluefish and Pompano on jigs before finishing up fishing the Mangroves for Snook. EXCELLENT sailfishing is the only way to describe it. On some days it’s been off the wall. We’ve had a strong north current with blue water. The sails are being caught all along the South Florida coast mainly in the 90 – 110 foot range. (Read more)
