ALSEA, Ore. — Local artists, whose work has been inspired by the Oregon coastal region, will share their techniques and their visions of the natural world through a variety of workshops during the Second Annual Fall Creek Salmon Festival Nov.8 at the Oregon Hatchery Research Center near Alsea.
