Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks’ personnel retrieved a dead wolf from the Paradise Valley south of Livingston on May 19.
The female wolf was from the 8-mile Pack. The wolf’s collar was found on mortality signal during a March monitoring flight, but winter conditions prevented retrieval until now.
