The Colorado Division of Wildlife and the Bureau of Land Management are advising river users that portions of the Loma Boat Launch will be closed Monday, July 9 until Friday, July 13. The closure will include the parking area and temporary closure of the access road. The ramp is located on the Colorado River near Fruita.

Crank baits, Spinner baits, Jigs and Carolina rigged plastics are always great baits to catch these fish on the drop offs. Spotted Bass are out on the deeper main lake points and river channel ledges.
