The pair, speaking Tuesday at the Clinton Presidential Center, unveiled the William E. Clark Presidential Park Wetlands Project, named for the man charged with building the Clinton Presidential Library. The area is adjacent to Clinton Presidential Park and Riverfront Park in downtown Little Rock. Kumpuris explained that the project will allow visitors to get a first-hand view of wetlands.

A decision 14 months ago to ban the sale of immature sea bass caught by British fishermen around the English coast, was abandoned by the government today.
The fisheries minister (Jonathan Shaw) refused to implement a decision to raise the minimum landing size for the fish made by his predecessor (Ben Bradshaw) in August 2006.

EFTTA today re-confirmed that Shimano won the Best New Reel award in the prestigious Best New Product competition at EFTTEX 2007.
EFTTEX manager, Kate Scrafton, said, “As it happens, four reels gained awards in two different categories. Because it’s difficult to see the difference between the awards in a photograph, it was hard to tell from their adverts that the DAM Quick 2000 FD was the runner up in the Visitors’ Choice category whereas Shimano’s Stella FD was the winner in the Best New Reel category. Hardy & Greys’ Conquest Centre Pin won the Best of Show Visitors’ Choice and Pure Fishing took the runner up award in the Best New Reel competition. The situation has now been corrected but we wanted to clarify the situation for anyone who saw the original adverts.â€
