The Colorado Division of Wildlife and the Town of Georgetown invite everyone to join them at the Georgetown Bighorn Sheep Festival. Saturday, November 10, will bring a full day of events to celebrate “Keeping Colorado Wild.” The festival begins at 10AM and continues into the early evening. Watch and learn about bighorn sheep at the Georgetown Wildlife Viewing Area, enjoy a guided hike on the Silver Creek trail, learn from expert speakers, or take a guided bus tour of the town’s historic features. Talk with folks at the information and vending booths, listen to tall tales, or join the kids at the children’s activity center. A warming campfire and live music round out the festival highlights.
